2 tablespoons of sun dried tomatoes
3 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons of capers
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
6 oz. can of black olives
2 teaspoons of olive oil
Begin by adding the garlic, lemon juice, capers and sun dried tomatoes to the food processor. Turn on the food processor and allow it to chop all the ingredients for 15 seconds. Scrape the sides of the food processor and turn on again for another 15 seconds. Repeat until the garlic, capers and sun dried tomatoes are very finely chopped.
Strain the liquid out of the can of black olives and add the black olives to the food processor. Lastly add the olive oil and using the pulse button, pulse 10 to 15 times. You can make the dip as chunky or as smooth as you like. Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy!
