Caprese Salad Skewers




A spin on the classic caprese salad! These elegant little skewers are sure to be a hit at your next gathering. The best part of this recipe for those who are allergic to the kitchen, is that no cooking is required, only assembly! This is a great idea for a cocktail party! Enjoy!!

Ingredients:

Mozzarella balls
Cherry tomatoes
Fresh basil
Bottle of store-bought balsamic glaze

Kitchen Essentials:

4-inch skewers (found in party stores)
Paper towels
Serving platter
Small bowl


Prep:

Drain the water from the mozzarella balls and pat dry with a paper towel.

Directions:

Slide a cherry tomato into the skewer, followed by a basil leaf folded in half, and a mozzarella ball. Drizzle the balsamic glaze into a small bowl and so your guests can dip the skewer in.
