Greek Yogurt and Dill Pasta Salad

Unlike any other pasta salad you've tried before! Not only is it beautiful on a serving bowl, but it is delicious! This pasta salad is extremely easy to make and has become a staple item every time we entertain. You will love the creamy texture and tangy flavor. Even if you don't like yogurt, you will love this recipe!

Ingredients:
1 box of campanelle pasta
2 1/2 cups Greek yogurt
1 cup mayonnaise
4 teaspoons red wine vinegar
2 teaspoons dijon mustard
1 cup fresh chopped dill
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons chives
1 8oz can of black olives

Kitchen Essentials:
Large pot
Strainer
Mixing bowl
Whisk
Spatula
Serving bowl

Directions:
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook as the label instructs. Drain the water and set the pasta aside.

In a mixing bowl, whisk the yogurt, mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, dill, salt and water. Add the pasta into the bowl and mix with the salad dressing until the pasta is fully coated.

Pour into a nice bowl and add the olives and chives on top. Serve at room temperature.Enjoy!

Note: We love to use the campanelle pasta because we like how the shape of the pasta looks and the dressing really adheres to it. If you cannot find campanelle pasta in your grocery store, you can certainly use another shape of pasta.

  12. What a delightful recipe for pasta salad - I love that you added Greek yogurt to it, makes for a lighter and tangy tasting dressing. I saw that you are using Barilla´s "Campanelle" - I like to use the very same pasta as well, the kids love the shape - isn´t it amazing how we can buy the very same ingredients?! Very nice picture and very tasty looking salad!
    Have a nice weekend!
